Reservations

How would you liked to be reached? We can send a text message, email or voice confirmation. You choose.

Time

Reservations that require extra time such as corrective color, keratin treatments, extensions, etc are reserved with a credit card.

Reschedule/Cancellations/No Shows

Your reservation is very important to us. To enable us to utilize our wait list, we require a FULL 24 hour notice to cancel or reschedule all reservations.

On Line Booking:
When booking on-line you agree to the following policy: A 50% reservation fee for the services booked on-line will be captured at the time of scheduling and is applied during checkout to your service total. The fee is non-refundable should you no-show or fail to give a full 24 hour notice when changing, rescheduling or cancelling a reservation.

In person/via phone booking:
An active credit card is placed on our secure platform to reserve all services. Should you fail to give us a FULL 24 hour notice on changing, rescheduling or cancelling a reservation, a booking fee of 50% of the services reserved is automatically charged to the card on file.

Product Return/Exchange

We gladly will apply the full value of any gently used hair product within 14 days of purchase toward another product of your choice. Unfortunately, we cannot except returns on hair brushes and tools.

Payment

We accept cash, check and credit card payments. Mastercard & Visa. All return check fees are subject to a $35 fee.

Gratuity

We currently do not accept gratuities on credit cards.
You may Venmo your stylist.

Children

Life gets busy and for most of our guests this is the only time they have to relax. Please have consideration when bringing children to the salon when they do not have a reservation. For their safety and the comfort of other guests, please make sure they are with you at all times.

Masks Optional

Some guests and staff will choose to wear a mask and some not. We understand and respect the personal beliefs guiding your decision and the freedom of choice. There will be no judgement and we will continue to provide complimentary masks should you want one. You may request your service provider wear a mask during your services.
We will not ask you to disclose your vaccination status. We ask that our guests respect our employees personal and private choices and also refrain from these discussions.
