We hate rules too but we need perimeters in order to supply the best experience possible.
Reservations
How would you liked to be reached? We can send a text message, email or voice confirmation. You choose.
Time
Reservations that require extra time such as corrective color, keratin treatments, extensions, etc are reserved with a credit card.
Cancellations | No Shows
Your reservation is very important to us. To enable us to utilize our waiting list, we require 24 hour notice to cancel all reservations. Excluding a one time emergency, all reservations that are not cancelled within 24 hours will be charged 50% of the total services you reserved.
Product Return/Exchange
We gladly will apply the full value of any gently used hair product within 14 days of purchase toward another product of your choice. Unfortunately, we cannot except returns on hair brushes and tools.
Payment
We accept cash, check and credit card payments. Mastercard & Visa. All return check fees are subject to a $35 fee.
Gratuity
We currently do not accept gratuities on credit cards.
You may Venmo your stylist.
Children
Life gets busy and for most of our guests this is the only time they have to relax. Please have consideration when bringing children to the salon when they do not have a reservation. For their safety and the comfort of other guests, please make sure they are with you at all times.
Masks Optional
Some guests and staff will choose to wear a mask and some not. We understand and respect the personal beliefs guiding your decision and the freedom of choice. There will be no judgement and we will continue to provide complimentary masks should you want one. You may request your service provider wear a mask during your services.
We will not ask you to disclose your vaccination status. We ask that our guests respect our employees personal and private choices and also refrain from these discussions.
